I told David our criteria for our trip to Mexico and he found three good options for me to look at. The one we chose was absolutely perfect. David saved me so much time in research! What would normally take me 5+ hours was 45 minutes. His travel instructions are spot on and helped us have a smooth and easy transition out of the airport. For most travelers, there is always something that you never leave home without; a favorite hoody for the plane, an updated playlist, the most recent best-selling book, or a lucky charm to guarantee a safe journey. In our home, we never leave the house without David. After volunteering to coordinate a family cruise for 25 people, I quickly realized that I needed help, and I took the best risk on Yelp, where I found David. He helped me with the cruise and with ALL of the details (large, small, and all so important) to move my group around Europe. The exceptionally thoughtful care he put into the details and caring for my family was above and beyond my expectations. He was always available by text and seemed to always be 2 steps ahead of me in planning and executing our itineraries. If I could rate Flair Travel more than 5 stars, I would. David helped my mom and I plan a graduation cruise at the last minute, and went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we needed. He was available every hour of the day to answer our endless questions, and made sure we got the most bang for our buck. Just completed a bicycling trip in Sicily with the excellent help of David Petlin at Flair Travel. We booked the cycling tour ourselves. David helped with everything else - airfare including change of carriers in Rome, car rental from Catania to Palermo, Sicily, and trip insurance. When our return flight was delayed arriving in Chicago, David at Flair Travel was ready to assist. Fortunately the airline rebooked our final flight.
